**3. Project Proposals and Pricing**

**4. Payment Terms**

Payment terms will be stipulated in the project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with subsequent payments linked to project milestones. Invoices are payable within a specified period. Late payments may incur additional fees.

**5. Client Responsibilities**

The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials and information required for project completion. This includes, but is not limited to, textual content, images, and specific design preferences. The Client is also responsible for ensuring all provided content complies with legal standards and intellectual property laws.

**6. Timelines**

While the Company strives to meet all project deadlines, timelines may be subject to change based on the complexity of the project and the Client’s responsiveness. Changes in project scope or delays in feedback may result in extended delivery schedules.

**7. Revision Policy**

The Company provides a specified number of revisions as stated in the project proposal. Additional revisions will incur extra fees. To ensure timely delivery, feedback should be provided within the agreed timeframe.

**8. Ownership and Rights**

Upon full payment, the Client shall retain ownership of the final website and its content. However, the Company reserves the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon.

**9. Confidentiality**

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project. This obligation remains in effect even after the project’s completion.

**10. Warranty and Liability**

The Company warrants that services will be executed in a professional manner. However, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the created website, including but not limited to loss of data or revenues.

**11. Termination**

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is liable for all work completed up to the date of termination.

**12. Governing Law**

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.

**13. Amendments**

The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

**14. Acceptance**

By engaging services from the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
